Vibrating fluidized bed dryer
Ideal for drying granular materials.
Drying, cooling, and sieving can be performed with the same machine. It is also used as an agglomeration and granulation device. The vibrating fluidized dryer is a drying method that fluidizes the material using mechanical vibrations and hot air. Compared to methods that fluidize only with hot air, it reduces the amount of air and power required, thereby lessening the exhaust treatment load. The fluidization air velocity is lower than that of a fluidized dryer, and the collection device is also more compact.
